California Bridge Realty가 Irvine Spectrum을 비롯해 Irvine Company의 여러 shopping center에서 하나씩 딜을 진행해 가면서, 조금씩 더 신뢰와 credit을 쌓아가고 있다는 느낌이 듭니다.
Irvine에 새로운 매장을 오픈하는 것도 쉽지 않지만, 특히 기존 2nd-generation space를 그대로 받아 Irvine Company와 direct lease를 진행하는 것은 정말 쉽지 않은 과정입니다. 아직 내용은 공개할 수 없지만, 특별히 한국의 Celebrity Chef와 함께 Irvine Company VP들에게 Private Tasting & Concept Presentation을 할 수 있는 시간을 가졌습니다. 한국적인 맛도 살짝 가미한 새로운 메뉴와 컨셉을 선보였는데, 모두 음식이 너무 맛있다고 칭찬해 주고 여러번 감사하다해서, 더욱 의미 있는 시간이었습니다. 아직 협상의 길은 많이 남아 있지만, 또 하나의 큰 next step을 만들어가고 있습니다.

This time, we had a special opportunity to present a new concept directly to Irvine Company VPs through a private tasting with a celebrity chef. Everyone loved the food, especially the subtle Korean-inspired flavors.
