California Bridge Realty (“CBR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through calbridgerealty.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described below.
California Bridge Realty is a licensed California real estate brokerage (CA DRE #02177987).
1. Information We Collect
Information You Give Us
We collect information you submit directly through forms on the Site:
- Property inquiries and showing requests — your name, email address, phone number, the property you are interested in, your preferred showing date and time, and any message you write.
- General contact forms — your name, email address, phone number, subject, and message.
- Agent applications — your name, email address, phone number, service area, California DRE license number, and any message you provide.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, our servers and third-party services may automatically record:
- IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages viewed, links clicked, and time spent on the Site
- The referring website or search term that brought you here
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5)
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not ask for or store Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, credit card numbers, or payment credentials through this Site. If any page ever appears to request this information, do not enter it and contact us immediately.

- To respond to your inquiry and connect you with a licensed CBR agent
- To schedule and confirm property showings
- To evaluate applications from agents who wish to join our brokerage

- To comply with legal, regulatory, and MLS obligations, and to keep records required of a licensed brokerage
3. MLS and Listing Data
Property listings displayed on this Site are provided through an Internet Data Exchange (IDX) feed from the California Regional Multiple Listing Service (CRMLS). This listing data originates from CRMLS and its participating brokers, not from you, and is subject to CRMLS rules and the disclaimer shown on our listing pages.
Listing data on this Site is provided for your personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties you may be interested in purchasing. We do not transmit your personal information to CRMLS when you browse listings.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only as follows:
- With our agents. When you submit an inquiry, it is routed to the CBR agent associated with that listing or to our brokerage inbox so we can respond.
- With service providers. We use vendors that help us operate the Site — including our web host, email delivery service, and analytics and mapping providers. They may process your information only to perform services for us.
- When required by law. We may disclose information to comply with a subpoena, court order, regulatory request, or applicable law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CBR, our clients, or the public.
- In a business transfer. If CBR is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Cookies, Analytics, and Third-Party Services
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and to understand how visitors use the Site. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though some features may not work correctly.
The following third-party services may be used on the Site, each subject to its own privacy policy:
- Google Maps — to display property locations. Use of Google Maps is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Google Translate — to provide machine translation of Site content into Korean. Translations are automated and may contain errors; the English version controls in the event of any discrepancy. Legal notices, listing attribution, and property addresses are not translated.
- Web analytics — to measure Site traffic and performance in aggregate.
6. Communications and Your Consent
By submitting a form with your phone number, you consent to be contacted by California Bridge Realty and its licensed agents at that number regarding your inquiry, including by phone call and text message. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property or service.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you may ask us to stop contacting you by emailing info@calbridgerg.com. We will honor your request, except where we are required to retain records or complete a transaction already underway.
Transactional emails — such as confirmation of a showing you requested — are not marketing messages and may be sent even if you have opted out of marketing.
7. Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, gives you the following rights:
- Right to know — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we shared it.
- Right to delete — request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to correct — request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect sensitive personal information as defined under the CCPA.
- Right to non-discrimination — we will not deny you services or charge you a different price for exercising these rights.

We will verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the timeframe required by law. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may require proof of that authorization.
8. Data Retention
We keep inquiry and application records for as long as needed to respond to you, to provide brokerage services, and to satisfy the record-retention obligations that apply to licensed California real estate brokers. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it or de-identify it.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we collect, including encryption in transit (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive financial information, account credentials, or identification numbers through the forms on this Site or by unencrypted email.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Links to Other Sites
The Site may link to third-party websites, including individual agent pages and external listing services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. Review their privacy policies before providing any information.
12. Fair Housing
California Bridge Realty complies with federal, state, and local fair housing laws. We do not use personal information to discriminate against any person on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, familial status, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, source of income, or any other protected characteristic.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted here. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
